Welcome to Father’s House Shaftesbury
|At Father’s House in line with current Government instructions we have new guidelines for any meetings that are able to take place. Currently we are unable to use our main hall but the church will be open for limited periods for private prayer on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am and 12noon – please read the guidelines for using the prayer room before you come and also read the general guidelines below for coming into the building. Thank You.
It is important to read the general guidelines for coming to Father’s House before coming into the building and please do ask questions if there is anything you are unsure about – click here to read them. Our Risk Assessment for meetings at Father’s House Shaftesbury can be read here and our Risk Assessment for outdoor meetings at Lox Lane can be read here. Guidance for our outdoor meetings at Lox Lane can be read here. Our Procedures for cases of Covid-19 can be read here, thank you.
To help us to stay connected during this time we have put together a variety of streamed meetings, worship, teaching etc online – these will continue as far as possible even though some meetings will be able to take place at church. On Sundays 13th, 20th, and 27th December and 3rd January we will be live-streaming from the Prayer Room at Father’s house and on Christmas Day we will broadcast a mix of carols and readings at 10:30 too. Churches together Shaftesbury will be living-streaming from Father’s House ‘Christmas Carols on the Doorstep’ via Youtube.
Where meetings are now able to take place we would ask that if you are attending you read our new guidelines – links above – but please note there will be no meetings during the November Lockdown. For private prayer during the November Lockdown please read the guidelines above, thank you.
